Health and Building Safety Management:
Health and safety management is key in our operation. We ensure compliance in line with statutory regulations. The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government have recently been focussing on identifying and advising on short term and remedial measures for existing high-rise buildings, both with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) and non ACM cladding buildings as a means to minimise a tragedy like the Grenfell Tower and we ensure our properties are audited by Certified Engineers with the Engineering

A leadership team to bring a depth of experience. We have built a leadership team that brings experience from various disciplines and backgrounds. Our aim is to bring experience to bear when offering advice to the management teams of the properties we assist in the management.
Members of our team are always available to discuss issues with leaseholders and offer advice, support, and direction to the management of their block.
